916 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 916 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 916 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 916, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 916 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By using the 916 platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online betting platforms is permitted in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 916 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details provided, including your full name, phone number, and payment information, must be valid. 916 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly during the fund withdrawal process.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please take the following steps to protect your account:
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Use a strong and unique password for your 916 account.
- Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
- Notify the support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
916 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
3. Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 916 platform agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct in games or betting.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating an unlicensed betting service using this platform.
- Engaging in any action that may compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the platform.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.
916 reserves the right to monitor user activity for security and compliance purposes. Any breach of these rules will be addressed at 916's discretion, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or referral to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 916 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is solely the user's responsibility.
Deposits into your 916 account can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and Malaysian online banking. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after processing, depending on the payment method chosen.
Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 916 account holder.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take between one and three business days.

916 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or does not comply with the applicable anti-money laundering policy.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

The 916 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 916 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be free from viruses or other harmful components. Under no circumstances will 916 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk and that they participate at their own risk. 916 is not responsible for any losses incurred by users while using the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
916 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Requests from the relevant legal authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's current policy.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If the closure is not due to a violation, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the 916 platform are the exclusive property of 916 or its respective licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 916.
Third-Party Links
The 916 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. 916 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
916 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
